This is the Starter
shaft bolt (jack Shaft) that has to come off if replacing starter. This is why you have to drain fluid and remove primary cover.

These parts are supposed to be getting me too Americade not on the floor of the trailer!
3 1/2 of the 18 sections are black (burnt)
To make things worse the center hole is supposed to have teeth they are sheared off.
